Weekly Yumminess.

Things have finally calmed down a bit, so we are back to Weekly Yumminess columns.  It's been a super-busy couple of weeks. My sister, niece, and nephew came to visit for nearly a week- that was a blast! We probably went out to eat too much, but there are just too many great restaurants in the area not to share with visitors.  After their visit, we spent a few days just getting back into routine and preparing for a church event. The week prior to their visit, James spent four days out of town in DC. Felicia and I were not too much into cooking major meals that week, so lots of frozen cheese ravioli, sandwiches, and salads were devoured.

So.

That brings us to a brand-new week, and some brand-new recipes.
Tuesday: Pastrami-Veggie Hash w/ Fried Eggs
Wednesday:(New) Monterey Chicken

Thursday: Angelhair Pasta w/Lemon-Parmesan Breadcrumbs
The breadcrumb topping really makes this dish!
Friday: Low-Fat Taco Salad w/Chunky Avocado-Tomato Salsa
The seasoning for the meat is insane-good!
Saturday: Wine-Roasted Tilapia
Sunday: Tuna Sandwiches on No-Knead Bread
