Nine Months Old.

 Little Miss F. turned nine months old over the weekend and she loved (just about) every minute of it!

A few updates on Miss F.:

• She is still on the very petite side. She is in the < 3 percentile for weight, but is still growing at every check-up now. She clocked in at just over 15 pounds. The bright side? Her head size is in the 96th percentile. No wonder the kid doesn't want to be mobile. She can't balance with that little body and large melon. Ha ha :) She has no interest in crawling, walking, or even bearing much weight on her legs. She's a little princess that wants to be carried everywhere, despite our encouragements toward independence.
• Felicia loves babbling and especially squawking/screaming. She hasn't added a second word to her repertoire since adding 'cat' back in the seventh month.
• She's a great eater- this month, she tried curry (mild!) and loved it. She also tried hummus (yum), baba ghanouj (unsure), and lentil soup at a Mediterranean restaurant, all acceptable textures in her mind. And don't get her started on pita- you'll end up without anything to dip with yourself.

All in all, things are looking great for baby girl. She is changing every day, and that in itself keeps things more than interesting.
